Lobby & Check-In Areas
The Guest Service desk, Restaurant
Reservations counter and the Concierge
desk has been equipped with a clear glass
panel shield to minimise risk to team
members and guests when interacting.
All members of the guest service team
wear masks at all times. Bellmen wear hand
gloves and masks at all times.
Guests and visitors are screened for their
body temperature by the lobby hostess
once they arrive in the lobby.
In-House COVID-19 Test
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort now offers Covid-19
PCR Testing onsite for guest convenience.
Guests can book their test with the Front Office team
members. The charge is AED 200 per person.
Samples are collected in the resort clinic located below
the lobby.
